: a benign tumor of the salivary glands and usually of the parotid gland that is characterized by columnar epithelial cells lining the cystic spaces and by the increase of lymphoid tissue in the stroma

Adenolymphomas usually occur in men over the age of 50 years, and are occasionally bilateral.
