Other restaurants joining Élephante in 2025 will be Catch — featuring simple, but elegant seafood, sushi and steak — Telefèric Barcelona — a beloved tapas concept straight from Spain — and a new elevated brand from Fox Restaurant Concepts, created by prolific restaurateur Sam Fox.
The company’s first-ever pop-up collaboration was in 2023 with 1 Hotels, where the powders were available at the hospitality cafes and mini bars.
